We are seeking a compassionate Resident Care Companion / STNA for a shift from 7a-7p in Columbus, Ohio.
Responsibilities:- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance residents' well-being
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health conditions
- Follow safety protocols and assist with basic medical needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident areas
- Collaborate with team members to deliver quality care
