Position Summary

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you support individuals with developmental disabilities. You empower individuals to reach their full potential. We are seeking full‑time, part‑time and as‑needed (PRN) team members with afternoon, evening, and overnight availability.

• You assist individuals with daily living activities.
• You respect individual rights and confidentiality.
• You follow the Individual Service Plan.
• You use electronic software to complete documentation.
• You take clients to complete fun activities in the community.
• You help clients maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• You use effective communication with team members and family members of individuals.
• You protect the health and safety of the individual and others.
• You attend all paid training and team meetings.

Education: At least a high school diploma or GED.

Experience: No experience necessary. Computer skills: compose emails and use various programs, including Brittco and ADP, to perform job duties.

Valid Driver’s License with five or fewer points.
