Serenity Behavioral Health Services is currently seeking to hire two compassionate, experienced, and culturally competent independently licensed therapists to join our dynamic team at our Dublin or Westerville, OH office location.

  Dublin, OH or Westerville, OH
• Client Focus:
  Individuals (from ages 6 to 99), couples, and families
• Clinical Areas:
  Trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and more

• Provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and motivational interviewing

• Passionate mental health professionals licensed in Ohio as LISW, LPCC, LIMFT, LISW-S, LPCC-S, or LIMFT-S
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting
• Experience treating trauma and working with diverse populations
• Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
• Comfortable using EMRs and Microsoft Office 365/Teams
