Wellness Coach and Mentor

This is a contract, on‑site role for a Wellness Coach and Mentor based in Greater Orlando. In this role, the Wellness Coach and Mentor will provide personalized coaching, support, and guidance to clients in their health and wellness journeys. Key responsibilities include conducting wellness assessments, creating individualized plans, advising on nutrition, offering fitness coaching, and fostering personal growth. The coach will work closely with clients to address their unique goals and challenges, inspiring positive lifestyle changes.

• Proficiency in Health & Wellness and Wellness Coaching
• Strong skills in Coaching and Customer Service
• Knowledge of Nutrition and its role in overall wellness
• Ability to develop individualized coaching plans tailored to client needs
  
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and motivation
• Relevant certifications in wellness coaching, nutrition, or related fields are a plus
• Prior experience in a mentorship or coaching role is an advantage
