- Support the development of product vision and strategy aligned with organizational objectives
- 6-8 years of experience in product management and/or healthcare technology
- Proven success in delivering user-friendly products in clinical or health system contexts
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, SNOMED, RxNorm, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced training or experience in informatics, health tech, or healthcare delivery preferred
- Experience applying AI/ML or GAI to product management
- Familiarity with product management tools including Jira and Aha!
- Clinical background is a plus
