Looking for DYNAMIC individuals in the Health, Wellness, and Fitness Professions, and Exercise Science Majors or related fields with college-level anatomy and physiology coursework who want to be at the forefront of a nationwide movement. All trainees must pass a week of training to learn and test on our modalities.

At Stretch Zone, we prioritize your health. As a Lead Sales Associate, your main role is to manage the studio and help clients achieve their goals through our unique practitioner-assisted stretch membership model.

• Drive membership sales within the studio and uphold sales standards.
• Greet guests, schedule appointments, answer calls, and address member concerns with excellent customer service.
• Lead and coach Sales Associates, ensuring daily operations and monthly goals are met.
• Enhance member retention through excellent service, follow-ups, and operational adherence.
• Lead by example, supporting and guiding your team daily.
• Monitor KPIs to assess studio performance and assist in tracking sales metrics.
• Promote practitioner-assisted stretching by achieving sales goals and encouraging add-on sessions.

• Confident in connecting with guests and converting them to members after their first session.
• Driven and competitive, capable of holding staff accountable for exceeding sales goals.
• Well-organized with exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
• Goal-oriented, assisting the General Manager in setting and achieving goals.

• Utilizes patented equipment following specific protocols to manipulate muscles based on neuromuscular principles.
• Clients experience improved athletic performance, range of motion, reduced stiffness, and quicker reaction times.
