Job Description
  • Coordinate activities of EIS grantees and act as statewide PrEP/PEP program consultant
  • Monitor EIS outcomes and provide technical assistance/capacity‑building
  • Train EIS on Prevention Assistance Program Interventions (PAPI) enrollment, health benefits navigation, Medicaid, harm reduction & screenings for referrals to support services
  • Collaborate with Disease Intervention Specialists (DIS), community organizations, syringe service programs, and regional EIS (testing, referrals, outreach/health education, PrEP retention, etc.)
  • Track EIS caseloads to ensure equitable work distribution
  • Conduct site visits with EIS‑funded agencies
  • Work with PAPI Coordinator to identify issues and prioritize system/training improvements
  • Assist ODH program management with grant writing and annual progress reports
  • Conduct literature reviews and attend trainings/conferences to maintain subject matter expertise

Normal working hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This is an hourly position, with a pay range of 12 on the 1199

Pay Range Schedule.
