Pay Rates and

Hours:

1st shift (7a-3:30p). The base pay is $19.75 per hour, with an additional $2.00/hour weekend shift differential.

2nd shift (3p-11:30p). The base pay is $19.75 per hour, with an additional $2.00/hour shift differential and $2.00/hour weekend shift differential.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

As a Direct Support Professional, you will support our residents by providing direct care to male and female residents, maintaining health and hygiene, assisting with resident goals and personal care needs and supporting a loving and nurturing environment in all aspects of the care you provide; you will build lasting relationships with our very special residents!

Requirements:

* Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds regularly and push individuals who weigh up to 200 pounds in wheelchairs.

* Must be able to regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel; stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk and hear.

* Must be able to stay awake for the entire shift.

* CPR/First Aid is required, but training is available.

* Experience Strongly preferred.
