Compensation: $61,000 - $65,000. $2,500 Sign on Bonus! Are you looking for an exciting role with unlimited learning opportunities? National Youth Advocate Program has an exciting opportunity that would fit both new graduates and a seasoned therapist. This position will offer you the opportunity to learn and utilize The Logic Model, as well as earn your CSAY-C Certification!

• Provide individual and family counseling in the schools, communities, and homes daily and/or weekly.
• Conduct standardized risk assessments and diagnostic assessments using JSOAP and PROFESOR.
• Assist in implementing goals and objectives of the treatment plans.
• Meet weekly with the treatment team(s).
• Attend professional/development trainings and team meetings; obtain CSAY-C certification.

• Master’s degree in social work or comparable human services field from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid LSW or LPC licensure required.
• Experience in providing both individual and family therapy, preferred.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Good driving record.
• Minimum automobile insurance coverage of $100,000/$300,000 bodily injury liability.
