The RoleAs a Clinical Support Specialist
, you’re the heartbeat of the clinic—supporting patients and providers with exceptional service, clinical assistance, and smooth coordination of care.
- 🤝 Welcome patients & deliver top-tier customer service
- 🏥 Room patients, prep exam rooms & collect medical histories
- ❤️ Take vitals, assist with basic procedures & delegated testing
- 🧪 Perform blood draws & specimen collection
- 🗂️ Process paperwork (FMLA, medical forms) & document in the EMR
- 🔒 Maintain HIPAA compliance & support daily clinic operations
- 🎓 High school diploma or GED (required)
- 🏥 0–2 years healthcare/clinical experience (preferred)
- 📜 Medical Assistant certification (AAMA or NHA – preferred)
