Position SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead the strategic planning and execution of clinical programs within our behavioral health condition portfolios. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between strategy and implementation, ensuring that our clinical initiatives are effectively designed, executed, and aligned with our organizational goals. This is a fully remote role. Eligible candidates may live anywhere in the contiguous United States.
Ideal candidates will be available to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for clinical programs focused on behavioral health conditions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in the execution of clinical initiatives, providing oversight, guidance and support to ensure successful program delivery.
- Lead business activities and establish strong partnerships with national behavioral health network team, behavioral health clinical partners, and line‑of‑business leaders to drive execution of strategic clinical programs.
- Optimize interaction with assigned partners and internal business partners to facilitate relationships and ensure partner needs are met.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams, business areas, and business segments to ensure all workflow processes and interdependences are identified and addressed.
- Influence and engage with senior leaders and key stakeholders to secure buy‑in and support for clinical strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, utilizing data‑driven insights to inform continuous improvement efforts.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in behavioral health, incorporating relevant innovations into program strategies.
- Represent the company with high‑visibility constituents, including internal executives, provider and vendor partners and customers.
- Align with multi‑year strategic priorities of the Mental Well‑being organization and identify gaps and opportunities to drive new clinical innovations.
- Proactively identify barriers, risks and unmet needs, and formulate mitigating strategies to be escalated to leadership as appropriate.
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of experience and technical/functional expertise in management consulting, financial analysis, project management, operations management and/or strategic execution.
- 3+ years of ownership experience in the strategic execution of programs, particularly within the healthcare or behavioral health sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of successful collaboration with diverse teams.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision‑making and program improvements.
- Demonstrated experience developing analysis, presentations and support material to implement strategy or change initiatives successfully.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Masters in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or Behavioral Health).
- Experience working with technology builds and professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively, and meeting deadlines.
