The Manager of Assessments and Integration is responsible for the creation and management of assessment documents and activities. The Manager will assist in the tasks related to the assessment process from the executed Statement of Work (SOW) through the final client presentation, including accurate and complete assessment deliverables to the client. Position also helps integrate new FOS clients by collaborating with Integration team.

Working knowledge of physician revenue cycle processes, key performance indicators, and best practices is required. Incumbent should understand how to calculate key performance indicators (KPI’s) and assess current operations against best practices. Exhibits strong strategic, analytical, project management, communication, and team leadership skills. Must be detail oriented and like creating reports, graphs, and spreadsheets. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Communicates effectively while presenting complex information to technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrates advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The ability to facilitate the management of data for more than one project/assessment, as needed. Provides ideas and recommendations for improving assessment process.
