** Scope of Position
** Reporting to the Strategic Partnerships and Advocacy Manager, the Regional Partnerships Supervisor will act as a trusted liaison between local communities and the university’s academic programs, research, and extension systems. The Regional Partnerships Coordinator plays a key role in cultivating and sustaining strategic relationships across healthcare, public health, education, and community sectors within designated regions. This position supports the mission of the Rural and Appalachian Healthcare Extension (RAHE) by aligning regional efforts with organizational goals, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring that community voices inform program development and policy advocacy.
** Position Summary
** The Regional Partnerships Supervisor serves as a coordinator between Ohio State University and local communities to advance community-centered health initiatives. This role supervises Healthcare Extension Agents and health fellows and coordinates the activities of both positions. The Regional Partnerships Coordinator will emphasize co-creation, advocacy, and partnership-building, connecting OSU’s academic and clinical resources with community needs. Responsibilities include enhancing community relationships, facilitating collaboration, maintaining open and transparent communication, staying attuned to evolving local needs, and filling the role of a Healthcare Extension Agent in the event of a vacancy.

Ability to travel within and outside of Ohio required.

** Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree in relevant field may be desirable. 6 years of relevant experience required. 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred. Function:
