Schedule:

Day shift with rotating hours; shifts alternate between 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM and 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM. Call included with every third to fourth weekend rotation.
Highlights:
Work with complex cardiovascular and vascular surgical cases including CABG, TAVR, EVAR, AAA repair, and ablation procedures
1:1 patient ratio providing personalized, high-quality care
Epic charting system in a technologically advanced environment
40 hours of orientation to ensure smooth transition
Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including PT, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
Opportunity to work in a specialized cardiac surgical environment with diverse case mix
Requirements:
Active RN license (compact or Ohio state license required at submission)
Minimum 2 years of Pre Op/PACU experience required
Epic charting system experience required
BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
Level 1 trauma and outpatient experience preferred
Previous charge experience preferred
Nursing education from ACEN or CCNE accredited program
2 professional references required, including at least one from a manager or director
