Schedule:

3x12 hour night shifts, every other weekend; no on-call required
Highlights:
Cardiac Medical ICU focused on acute MI, ACS, cardiogenic shock, post-interventional cardiac procedures, and TAVR patients
1:1 to 1:2 patient ratios with 30-bed unit and comprehensive interdisciplinary support
EPIC charting system with 36 hours of orientation provided
Advanced critical care technologies including IABP, Impella, CRRT, ventilator management, and hemodynamic monitoring
Exposure to specialized protocols including hypothermia protocol and EKOS therapy
Float opportunities within a large healthcare organization to broaden clinical experience
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
EPIC charting experience required
Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license in hand at time of submission)
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (AHA certifications only)
Proficiency in IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and ventilator management
Skills in arterial line management, vasoactive/cardiac drip titration, blood product administration, and central line care
Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
Nursing degree from ACEN or CCNE accredited program
Two professional references required, including at least one manager or director-level reference
Ability to complete Ohio fingerprinting process urgently upon contract signing
