Bella Terrace, a 96-bed facility, is currently seeking a full-time LNHA-Nursing Home Administrator to join our team.
Qualifications of Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA):
- Minimum of 2 years as a Healthcare Administrator or AIT
- Current Nursing Home Administrator License in OH
- Prior experience in staff development (i.e.: hiring, coaching, performance management, discipline, and delegation)
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- A proven track record in the census and revenue growth, as well as experience managing budgets and controlling operational expenses
- Competent in organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to facilitate group
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new applications
