About the Position
Job Opportunity – Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse – Ohio

Schedule:

Three 12-hour night shifts per week, every other weekend required, no on-call
Highlights:
Cardiac Medical ICU with critical care patient population including ACS, acute MI, cardiogenic shock, and post-interventional cardiac procedures
1:1 to 1:2 patient ratios providing focused, high-quality critical care
EPIC charting system utilized throughout the facility
36-hour comprehensive orientation provided
Advanced equipment and procedures including IABP, Impella, CRRT, ventilators, and hemodynamic monitoring
Interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and physical therapy
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience required
Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (AHA only)
EPIC documentation system experience required
Proficiency in IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and ventilator management
Nursing degree from ACEN or CCNE accredited program
Two professional references required (at least one from manager or director)
Willingness to float to different units within the organization as needed
Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
