Clinical Research Assistant

This position requires traveling to research participants' homes to collect specimens and data; therefore, a valid driver's license is required.

• Assist in support of clinical research studies focused on the biological mechanisms (circadian rhythms and gut-brain axis) that underlie the behavioral (and other) side effects of chemotherapy (e.g., fatigue, mood, cognitive impairment, diarrhea) in breast cancer patients.
• Assist with implementation and coordination of studies.
• Assist with regulatory documents.
• Participate in recruitment of study participants.
• Perform behavioral or diagnostic testing.
• Retrieve stool and blood samples.
• Perform biosample processing in our lab.
• Assist with collection maintenance & reporting of clinical research data.

• Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences, Health Sciences, or medical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 0 years of relevant experience required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.

Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check. A drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process.
