Overview

Ohio Health Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital, a joint venture with Select Medical. Position:
Nursing Assistant.

Location:

Columbus, OH.

Schedule:

PRN/Per Diem, Night Shift. Compensation: $19.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Obtain vital signs, height, weight, and demographic data
  • Assist patients with personal and daily care (bathing, oral hygiene, shaving, hair care)
  • Deliver meals and snacks; assist and document oral intake for patients unable to feed themselves
  • Turn and position immobile patients safely, maintain proper body alignment, and participate in mobility programs
  • Transport patients to designated areas, such as to and from treatment centers
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED or relevant work experience (3+ years)
  • Hospital experience as a nursing assistant, certification as a nursing assistant, or experience in a related field (e.g., medical assistant, actively enrolled RN student)
  • BLS certification required within 90 days of hire
