Clinical Administrative Assistant

Ohio ENT & Allergy Physicians is seeking a Clinical Administrative Assistant to support our busy, patient-first ENT and allergy practice in central Ohio. In this role, you'll greet and register patients, schedule appointments, manage phones, and support physicians with accurate documentation and record management. You'll verify insurance, process copays, and assist with referrals and authorizations. Working in a collaborative, physician-led environment, you'll help ensure efficient clinic flow and compassionate service for adults and children across our locations.
