What You'll Do
- Prepare and scrub for cardiovascular and thoracic surgeries, including CABG, EVAR, TEVAR, valve replacements, and more
- Maintain strict aseptic techniques during procedures
- Operate in the OR with proficiency in thoracic, vascular, and CVOR procedures
- Assist with instrument reprocessing and documentation
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth operation of surgical cases
- Participate in call duties and weekend rotations as scheduled
- Ensure compliance with all safety and procedural standards
What You Need
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 5 years of CST experience, including 2+ in cardiac & vascular and 1+ year in CVOR
- Experience working in a Level I Trauma facility preferred
- Skilled in instrument reprocessing, aseptic techniques, and OR equipment
- Ability to work flexible hours including call and weekend shifts
