At Simplex Health, we do things differently. Our insurance-funded medical nutrition therapy goes beyond symptom management to improve—and in many cases reverse—chronic conditions, with a strong focus on women’s health, pregnancy, and metabolic care. We partner with hospitals, healthcare practices, and individuals to provide personalized nutrition support, especially for women navigating pregnancy, gestational diabetes (GDM), hormonal imbalances, and related conditions.
Our approach centers on prevention, root‑cause resolution, and sustainable lifestyle change, helping patients feel supported during critical life stages like pregnancy and beyond. Services are delivered virtually through telehealth, allowing us to meet patients where they are with accessible, high‑quality care.
Our evidence-based, progressive nutrition interventions consider each patient’s unique biochemistry.
