  5+ years total CST experience, with 2+ years in cardiac and vascular, 1+ year CVOR experience, and experience in a Level I Trauma facility

• Hourly Pay: $62.47/hour

• Scrub and circulate during cardiovascular, thoracic, and vascular procedures (CABG, EVAR, TEVAR, valve replacement, etc.)
• Prepare and maintain sterile field and instrument sets for CVOR surgeries
• Assist surgeons with complex cardiac and vascular cases
• Document procedures accurately in the EPIC charting system
• Follow aseptic techniques and maintain patient safety standards
• Reprocess cardiovascular and thoracic instruments
• Participate in call duties and weekend rotations as scheduled

Required:

• Valid CST certification and BLS certification
• Minimum 5 years CST experience with at least 2 years in cardiac and vascular specialties
• 1 year CVOR experience and experience in a Level I Trauma setting
• Proficiency in thoracic, vascular, and CVOR procedures
• Strong aseptic and instrumentation skills

Preferred:

• Experience with cardiovascular/thoracic instrument reprocessing
• Ability to adapt to shift schedules and call duties
