This is a part-time (20 hours/week, Tues-Thurs), day shift position. Must be a registered and licensed dietician.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for providing wellness services to contracted companies for the Employer Solutions division. Contract requires consultant to also be a Registered Dietitian in the state of Ohio.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• LIC
  - Licensed Dietician with the State of Ohio - RD
  - Registered Dietitian
• Field of Study:
  Health, related field
• Years of experience: 1

Desired Attributes:

• Health coach certification
• Healthy lifestyle program design and execution

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Functions as wellness consultant for companies contracted with Ohio Health Employer Solutions.
• Duties as a wellness consultant may include:
• Wellness program design and planning
• Delivering onsite health education/presentations
• Launching wellness challenges and healthy lifestyle programming
• Assisting in coordination of wellness committees
• Liaising with Employer Solutions account manager to recommend additional programs and services to the client.
• Provides biometric results with interpretation and counseling for healthy lifestyle improvements.
• Provides resources such as, Primary Care Physician referral information and condition specific education, to participants as appropriate.
• Serves as a wellness coach to individuals and groups
• Works with team to ensure smooth functioning of employer events.
• Participates in yearly Trainings/Certifications/competencies as appropriate.
