Shared Living Manager

Full-Time. Hybrid. Travel Required throughout Ohio. Salaried $55, per year!

At Via Quest Residential Services we provide quality support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes.

• Responsible for the oversight and quality of current Shared Living Providers and their homes.
• Assist with the approval process of potential Shared Living homes and providers.
• Work with the Development team on referrals for Shared Living.
• Oversee supports provided to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served.
• Ensures services meet and exceed county, state, and federal regulations and standards.
• Attend and participate in networking groups of area providers and workgroup committees.
• Hybrid Position with expected travel within Ohio.

• 3+ years of experience in human services/IDD industry.
• Experience and familiarity with Ohio Shared Living.
• Leadership/management experience.
