Relient Health is recruiting licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) for full-time, in-person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across Ohio. These are full-time, direct-hire, permanent placement PT positions (not travel, not contract, not PRN).

Opportunities may be available in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the specific location.

Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Dayton, Toledo, Akron-Canton, Youngstown, Mansfield, Lima, Springfield, Zanesville, Steubenville, Portsmouth, Marietta, and additional Ohio markets.

• Licensed Ohio Physical Therapists
• PTs relocating to Ohio
• New graduates from accredited Physical Therapy programs pursuing Ohio licensure
• PTs interested in SNF, hospital/acute care, IRF, outpatient, home health, or mixed-setting rehab roles

This role is specific to licensed Physical Therapists working within a rehabilitation department. This is not a CNA, nursing assistant, medical assistant, or therapy aide position.

Typical Compensation Range: $40-55/hr (Compensation varies by market, setting, and experience)

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide quality, compassionate care across appropriate rehabilitation settings
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing/medical teams
• Supervise and partner with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
• Document care in EMR systems per state, federal, and facility standards
• Promote functional independence, safety, and quality of life

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Ohio PT license, or eligibility/pending licensure
• Ability to work full-time in an available Ohio market
• Authorized to work in the United States
