Business Analyst (Remote) FHIR / US Healthcare

Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in FHIR and US Healthcare payer processes to support strategic interoperability initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing healthcare data, defining functional test cases, and working with FHIR Implementation Guides.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret FHIR resources
  , including CRUD operations, Bundles, Profiles, and Operations.
• Manually assess FHIR data structures and logically map them to relational database table elements
  .
• Define FHIR-based functional test cases and prepare test data/files as needed.
• Execute and troubleshoot test scenarios using Postman
  .
• Interpret and validate against FHIR Implementation Guides including Da Vinci CRD, DTR, and PAS
  .
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to ensure FHIR implementations meet business and technical standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in US Healthcare (Payer domain).
• Hands-on experience with FHIR projects (at least 2 implementations).
• Strong knowledge of FHIR resources
  , API interactions, and healthcare interoperability standards.
• Skilled in functional testing
  , test case design, and execution using tools like Postman
  .
• Understanding of FHIR Implementation Guides including Da Vinci CRD, DTR, PAS
  .
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
