Solterra Wellness Club is opening at The Galaxy at Polaris, and we are hiring licensed massage therapists to join our founding wellness team.
This is a W-2 employee position for an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist who wants to provide excellent hands‑on care in an upscale, refined, hospitality‑driven wellness environment without having to manage the business side of a solo practice.
Solterra provides the treatment room, massage table, linens, laundry, supplies, booking platform, payment processing, marketing, front desk support, and internal referral opportunities.
We have one dedicated massage room and are building our massage schedule around client demand, therapist availability, and sustainable hands‑on service volume. We are open to hiring one primary full‑time therapist, one part‑time therapist, or two therapists with complementary availability.
Compensation- Competitive employee compensation based on experience, availability, service type, and completed appointments.
- Estimated earnings: $45–$75+ per completed appointment, including service pay and tips.
- Therapists keep 100% of client tips.
- Required meetings, training, and onboarding time are paid.
- Solterra provides the treatment room, massage table, linens, laundry, oils/products, disposables, cleaning supplies, booking software, payment processing, marketing, and front desk support.
- Team perks include discounted Solterra services, classes, retail, coffee, juice bar offerings, and wellness amenities.
- Full‑time or part‑time employee schedules may be considered.
- Our ideal founding therapist is available for consistent weekly appointment blocks, including some evening and/or weekend availability.
- A full‑time schedule may include approximately 30–35 scheduled hours per week, with hands‑on appointment volume growing as membership and demand increase.
- Part‑time schedules may include approximately 12–24 scheduled hours per week, with opportunities to expand.
- Initial appointment blocks may begin more limited and grow as the massage program builds.
You will be part of a full wellness club, not just a massage room or loft rental. Solterra brings together Pilates, yoga, infrared sauna, recovery services, skincare, massage, and elevated self‑care in one polished, welcoming environment.
That means massage will be supported by member relationships, front desk support, cross‑referrals, wellness events, and a brand designed to attract clients who value consistent care.
Our massage clients will include active adults, Pilates and yoga members, recovery‑focused guests, and clients seeking relief from stress, tension, soreness, pain, and mobility limitations.
What You’ll Do- Provide professional massage sessions tailored to each client’s goals, including relaxation, recovery, pain relief, mobility support, and stress reduction.
- Conduct thoughtful client intake conversations, review contraindications, confirm pressure preferences, and provide appropriate aftercare recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, calm, organized, and guest‑ready treatment room.
- Deliver a consistent client experience that encourages rebooking, referrals, and long‑term care.
- Collaborate with Solterra’s wellness team, including Pilates, yoga, skincare, and recovery providers.
- Support a warm, professional, and polished guest experience from start to finish.
- 1+ year of professional massage experience in a spa, wellness, clinical, sports, or recovery setting.
- Experience with therapeutic massage, deep tissue, sports/recovery massage, myofascial work, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, lymphatic massage, or cupping if properly certified.
- Comfort working with active clients,…
