We are currently seeking a skilled Clinical Authorizations Associate to join our growing organization. The Clinical Authorizations Associate will assist in client services, perform operations and workflow by submitting and obtaining authorizations approvals from insurance carriers for clients. This role is vital for effective case scheduling and related staff/client communication, maintaining client files.

Responsibilities As a qualified Clinical Authorizations Associate you'll be challenged to reach your full potential:
- Submitting and obtaining authorizations approvals from insurance carriers for clients
- Ensuring that authorization details match the original request
- Follow up on outstanding authorization approvals to identify what the issues are
- Tracking and reporting to supervisor any discrepancies or issues with authorizations
Qualifications What you bring to Proud Moments as a qualified Clinical Authorizations Associate:
- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred
- 3-5 years of proven experience obtaining authorizations from insurance carriers in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications is required
- Demonstrated excellence in verbal communication and professional phone etiquette
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
