Med/Surgical Float Pool Nurse
Position:
Med/Surgical Float Pool Nurse
Hours:
3 x 12-hour shifts, 7AM- 7:30PM Total
Hours:
36 hours per week Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Med Surgical setting Flexibility to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity as needed Availability for weekdays and some weekends, including holidays
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Med Surgical setting Current BCLS certification Proficient in IV start and telemetry monitoring Experience with EPIC electronic health records system Requirements:
Ability to handle patient ratios of 1:4-5 Strong communication and teamwork skills Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
