Med Surgical Float Pool Nurse
Hours:
3 x 12-hour shifts, 7:00PM - 7:30AM Total
Hours:
36 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Med Surgical setting
- Flexibility to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity as needed
- Availability for weekdays and some weekends, including holidays
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Med Surgical setting
- Current BCLS certification
- Proficient in IV start and telemetry monitoring
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records system
Requirements:
- Ability to handle patient ratios of 1:4-5
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
