As a Qualified Behavioral Health Specialist, you play a key role in supporting individuals and families navigating mental health challenges. You will provide direct, community-based services that help clients build stability, develop coping skills, and improve overall well-being.
Through consistent support, relationship-building, and therapeutic guidance, you ll meet clients where they are helping them make meaningful progress in their daily lives while working toward long-term stability.

- Education:
High School Diploma with relevant experience OR Bachelor s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred - Experience:
3+ years of experience working with individuals or families experiencing mental health or behavioral challenges - Skills:
Strong communication, relationship-building, documentation, and problem-solving skills - Candidates must possess a valid driver s license, current auto insurance, and vehicle registration.
- Experience in community-based mental health or behavioral health services
- Familiarity with treatment planning (ISP/ITP/CCP) and service coordination
- Ability to engage clients in home and community environments
- Comfort working independently while collaborating with a treatment team
