Join Our TeamWe are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) or State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide personalized one‑on‑one care for a private‑pay client in Lewis Center, Ohio. This position is ideal for a caregiver who takes pride in delivering exceptional care, building meaningful relationships, and supporting a client’s comfort, safety, and independence in the home.
Responsibilities- Monitor and record blood pressure and blood sugar readings every two hours as directed.
- Assist with meal support, feeding, and hydration reminders.
- Provide assistance with bathing, personal hygiene, grooming, and other activities of daily living.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment through light housekeeping related to the client’s care.
- Remove trash and assist with routine household tasks that contribute to client comfort and safety.
- Offer companionship, conversation, and engaging activities to promote emotional well‑being and social interaction.
- Observe and promptly report changes in the client’s condition, behavior, or care needs.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation of all care provided during each shift.
- Follow the established care plan while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Current HHA, STNA, CNA, or equivalent hands‑on caregiving experience preferred.
- Experience taking and documenting blood pressure and blood sugar readings.
- Previous private‑duty, home care, senior care, or one‑on‑one caregiving experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and provide attentive care in a private home setting.
- Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing high‑quality client care.
- Reliable transportation to and from Lewis Center, Ohio.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and treat clients with dignity, respect, and compassion.
Monday through Friday 9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
