Job Description

Brookdale at Home is looking for private duty caregivers to provide compassionate, one‑on‑one companionship and non‑medical hands‑on care for seniors. Positions are available full‑time, part‑time or PRN within Brookdale Senior Living Communities.

• Provide one‑on‑one companionship.
• Assist with non‑medical hands‑on care, including dressing, bathing, grooming, personal hygiene and transfers.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Care for pets.
• Transportation to medical appointments and errands.
• Offer medication reminders.

• Provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence.

• Treat each senior with respect and dignity.

• Nurture a home‑like setting and assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming and personal care.

• Help with light housekeeping, including vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping and dishes.
