Psychologist

Life Stance Health is seeking a Psychologist to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will conduct psychological assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy via both in-person and telehealth appointments. You will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and other clinicians to ensure ethical, patient-centered care. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy via in-person and telehealth modalities
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EHR system
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other team members on patient care
• Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust interventions as needed
• Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives
