Ohio Health at Home in partnership with Compassus is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to deliver patient-centered care in the Southwest Columbus region. You will work one-on-one with patients in their homes, helping them regain strength and independence while balancing a flexible schedule.
You should have a BS in PT, a current state license, and at least two years of experience in acute care or rehabilitation.
