You will manage a multi-line phone system, schedule appointments in EPIC, verify insurance, and assist with referrals while delivering friendly, bilingual service in English and Spanish.
Shifts follow standard hours with possible evenings and rotating Saturdays; this is a full-time, non-exempt position supporting our clinics
