• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Ohio
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting
• Confidence with evaluations, interventions, and relevant documentation
• Ability to engage professionally with students, families, and school personnel
• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Complete thorough in-person assessments for one student, following all required protocols and evaluation standards
• Develop clear, student-centered treatment plans based on evaluation outcomes
• Deliver effective physical therapy services if the student qualifies, focusing on functional and academic participation
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required reports
