Patient Service Representative

Quantum Health seeks a compassionate Patient Service Representative to join our Customer Service & Support team. You'll verify insurance, coordinate with providers and payers, and document interactions in EMR/EHR and CRM tools. Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, answering calls and messages with empathy and professionalism
• Guide patients through healthcare navigation, benefits, and care options
• Schedule and confirm appointments, referrals, and authorizations
• Verify insurance coverage, eligibility, and required documentation
• Coordinate with providers, payers, and internal care teams to resolve issues
• Educate patients on available resources, programs, and next steps in their care
• Maintain accurate records in EMR/EHR and CRM systems while protecting PHIMeet quality, service, and productivity goals in a fast-paced environment
• Escalate complex clinical or claims issues to appropriate specialists
• Contribute to a caring, inclusive culture that supports wellness and continuous improvement
