Minimum Commitment: At least 8 shifts per month

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of recent Level IV neonatology or NICU experience
Board certification required
Physician Assistant certification required
Experience caring for neonates and infants in a high-acuity critical care environment
Epic EMR experience required
Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced neonatal intensive care setting
Ohio licensure eligibility required
Responsibilities
Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level IV NICU
Support assessment, treatment, and ongoing management of critically ill newborns and infants
Perform procedures including intubation, chest tube placement, and arterial line placement
Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care
Document thoroughly and accurately in Epic
Work effectively within rotating day and night coverage
Contribute to a team-based environment focused on quality, safety, and compassionate care
