Respiratory Care Practitioner, RCP – Nights

• Perform routine therapy, diagnostic, and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures for patients in PAM Health hospitals
• Maintain all respiratory care equipment in working order
• Provide phlebotomy and basic laboratory testing for patients as required or requested
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
• Care for chronically and critically ill patients requiring extended hospital care
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and leadership to support compassionate patient care and recovery

• Must be certified or licensed in the state where the hospital resides to practice respiratory care
• Must possess and maintain current BLS certification
• Must possess and maintain current ACLS certification
• Blood gas licensure required if employed in the state of Nevada
• For hospitals that perform arterial punctures and/or run blood gases, at least a high school diploma is required; an associate degree is preferred
• Minimum of one-year clinical respiratory experience preferred
• Prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn

Demonstrates expertise in performing cardiopulmonary procedures, maintaining respiratory care equipment, and providing phlebotomy and laboratory testing. Holds necessary certifications and possesses clinical experience in inpatient hospital settings to ensure high-quality patient care.
