Inclusion Health Services is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Specialist to join their team in Columbus, OH. In this rewarding role, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals by providing hands-on support in a residential setting. Responsibilities:- Provide direct care and daily living support to residents in a residential facility setting
- Assist individuals with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks
- Implement individualized support plans and document progress accurately
- Administer medications and monitor health needs in accordance with care plans
- Facilitate community integration activities and encourage resident independence
- Respond to behavioral and crisis situations using approved intervention techniques
- Collaborate with case managers, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care
- High school diploma or GED required; degree in social services, psychology, or related field preferred
- Valid Ohio driver's license with a clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification or (willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
