Griswold Home Care for Franklin and Delaware Counties is seeking compassionate and dedicated Live-In Caregivers to join our team in Columbus, OH, serving Franklin and Delaware Counties. As a Live-In Caregiver, you will provide essential support to seniors and adults who wish to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives through one-on-one care, companionship, and daily assistance.

- Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Prepare meals and assist with grocery shopping
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks
- Offer medication reminders as needed
- Accompany clients to appointments and errands
- Follow individualized care plans and monitor client well-being
- Report any changes in client condition to the appropriate team members
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal transportation
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to pass an Ohio BCI background check
- Ability to complete a caregiver skills assessment
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- Ability to commit to live-in assignments
- Preferred:Previous caregiving experience
- Preferred:Experience as a Home Care Aide (HCA), Personal Care Aide (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), CNA, or STNA
- Preferred:Experience working with seniors, dementia care, or Alzheimer's care
$200-$250 per day
