Essential Functions

• Provide therapy evaluations, treatment planning, treatment interventions, and discharge planning for a full patient caseload in acute care, skilled facility, acute rehabilitation, and outpatient settings as appropriate.
• Participate in student education and teaching commensurate with a novice clinician.
• Plan, organize, and deliver treatment programs that help clients and patients recover and rehabilitate.
• Utilize tools and techniques to administer safe therapeutic interventions and trainings for patients and their families.
• Record and document clients and patients' health progress information, including daily treatments, progress notes, evaluations, and discharge summaries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• 0–2 years of clinical practice required; 1 year preferred.
• Valid state license in Physical Therapy.
• CPR certification required.
