We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Pharmacist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure safe and effective medication use through accurate dispensing, clinical review, sterile compounding, inventory management, and leadership of pharmacy support staff. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, adheres to high standards of regulatory compliance, and contributes to efficient pharmacy.

• Compound, prepare, dispense, and label medications in compliance with state and federal law.
• Review and validate patient profiles for dose accuracy, interactions, contraindications, and therapy duration.
• Transcribe and process verbal prescription orders.
• Verify final medication product and labeling prior to dispensing.
• Maintain an organized and compliant work area.
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation for all medications dispensed.
• Supervise and verify work completed by pharmacy technicians.

• Conduct clinical reviews to monitor medication appropriateness and therapeutic outcomes.
