Care is personalized, with clinicians working closely with clients to identify goals and create unique counseling experiences tailored to each individual.

The Mental Health Therapist will provide direct clinical services to children, adolescents, and adults in an on-site setting located in Columbus, OH. This full-time /part-time role includes conducting biopsychosocial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-informed individual, couples, and family therapy. The therapist will monitor client progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with practice and regulatory standards.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include collaborating with other clinicians and medical providers, participating in case consultations, and coordinating care to support holistic treatment. The role may involve contributing to program development, attending team meetings, and engaging in ongoing professional development to maintain licensure and best practices.

• Demonstrated expertise in Mental Health assessment and diagnosis, with the ability to provide psychotherapy across diverse populations.
• Strong skills in Treatment Planning, including developing, implementing, and updating individualized care plans based on client goals and clinical needs.
• Current licensure or license-eligibility in Ohio as LISW, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, LMFT, or equivalent master’s-level mental health credential.
• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build therapeutic rapport.
• Commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and maintaining client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Experience with electronic health records and basic computer skills for documentation and care coordination.
• Supervision and mentorship for LPC and early-career clinicians is available from established clinicians.
