Athletic Trainer – Core Coverage Team Event Coverage | Consistent Shifts | Elite Events | Youth Athletics
ATvantage is hiring BOC-certified Athletic Trainers to join our Core Coverage Teams to cover events at various locations around the US.
This is not traditional per diem. It's structured, team-based, and built on consistency, trust, and professionalism
.
- Pre-scheduled shifts based on your availability
- Adolescent to National-level events (ex; basketball, volleyball, wrestling, futsal, cheer & more)
- Work with the same trusted teammates regularly
- Guaranteed on-site support & access to supplies
- First access to high-prestige events
- Various locations nation wide
- Provide on-site injury prevention and care
- Document clinical encounters per standards
- Commit to scheduled event shifts (monthly/seasonally)
- Be a reliable, team-first provider
- BOC-certified and state licensed (or eligible)
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work multiple shifts per month
