Job Description

Position Summary:

We’re seeking a part-time Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to join our clinical team, providing direct behavioral health services to youth and/or adult clients under supervision. This role offers the opportunity to grow with an established agency, with potential for increased hours over time.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct services (individual, group, and/or family sessions) per treatment plans

• Complete timely, compliant clinical documentation for Medicaid billing

• Collaborate with the supervising clinician and clinical team

• Maintain compliance with agency policies, HIPAA, and Ohio Medicaid standards

Qualifications:

• Active LSW license in the State of Ohio

• Experience working with children/adolescents and/or adults in a clinical setting preferred

• Strong documentation and communication skills

• Reliable transportation (for school-based/community services, if applicable)
