Licensed Social Worker

Job Description

Francine’s Legacy is seeking qualified and compassionate Licensed Social Workers (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) to join our team. This position is responsible for conducting mental health assessments and providing high-quality individual and group therapy services to individuals and families.

We are looking for professionals who are strong communicators, clinically competent, and able to engage clients in meaningful therapeutic relationships. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and committed to delivering ethical, person-centered care while maintaining timely and accurate documentation.

hours 2.5 to 6 hours daily Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health and psychosocial assessments
• Provide individual therapy and facilitate group therapy sessions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with team members and community partners
• Monitor client progress and adjust services as needed
• Adhere to all agency policies, ethical standards, and state regulations

Qualifications

• Active LSW or LPC license in the State of Ohio
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively lead and facilitate group therapy sessions
• Experience conducting mental health assessments preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional, reliable, and committed to quality care
