Field Clinical Science Education Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a Field Clinical Science Education Manager to serve as a regional clinical and scientific expert supporting education, customer adoption, KOL engagement, and strategic field initiatives within regenerative dentistry. This role partners closely with Clinical, Education, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to develop and deliver impactful clinical education programs, cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and academic institutions, and provide technical expertise during complex customer engagements.

The ideal candidate combines a strong scientific or clinical background with excellent presentation and relationship-building skills and the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into practical, engaging education for dental professionals.

• Develop and execute regional clinical education and training programs focused on regenerative dentistry.
• Deliver engaging scientific and clinical presentations to dental professionals, specialists, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
• Support workshops, seminars, hands-on programs, and other HCP education initiatives.
• Assess regional educational needs and identify opportunities to strengthen customer education and engagement.
• Support national education initiatives at the regional level and share best practices across the organization.
• Develop educational content that effectively translates complex scientific concepts into practical clinical applications.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with regional KOLs, clinical champions, emerging leaders, and academic institutions.
• Identify and develop emerging clinical leaders and "rising stars" for future educational opportunities.
• Support local faculty participating in educational programs and workshops.
• Partner with the KOL team to transition high-potential regional KOLs into broader national opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for academic and clinical research collaboration.
• Gather and communicate insights regarding clinical trends, unmet educational needs, and emerging areas of interest.

• Serve as a trusted clinical and technical resource for customers and the commercial organization.
• Partner with Sales teams on strategic accounts where clinical expertise and education can accelerate product adoption.
• Participate in targeted field visits and ride-alongs to provide clinical and product coaching.
• Support complex product evaluations, early cases, product implementations, and strategically important customer engagements.
• Provide clinical support and education during initial or challenging cases, as appropriate.
• Assist with clinical troubleshooting and workflow optimization.
• Reinforce product knowledge and clinical best practices across the sales organization.
• Support new product launches through customer education, field support, and post-launch follow-up.
• Represent the organization at scientific meetings, professional society events, and other strategic industry engagements.

• Partner with Sales, Clinical, Education, Marketing, Product, and Innovation teams to align regional education and customer engagement strategies.
• Translate field-based clinical, customer, competitive, and market insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Clinical and Innovation leadership to cultivate clinical ambassadors and advocates.
• Support the development and execution of strategies related to dental regeneration and innovative clinical applications.

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in science, healthcare, dentistry, or another clinically relevant discipline preferred.
• Experience in medical devices, biologics, biomaterials, dental, regenerative medicine, or another science-driven healthcare environment.
• Strong understanding of clinical research, scientific literature, and evidence-based practice.
• Experience developing and delivering clinical or scientific education programs.
• Excellent presentation and public-speaking skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish credibility with clinicians, KOLs, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear, practical messaging.
